Samuel Dixon Partners with L.A. Care and the American Red Cross to Offer Covered California Enrollment Services

Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers Inc., (SDFHC) along with the Red Cross and L.A. Care is hosting an open enrollment event for Covered California. This event will take place on January 21, 1-4 p.m. at Val Verde Park and Rec. Center, located at 30300 West Arlington Rd., Val Verde.

Open enrollment ends on January 31, 2017. Certified counselors will be available to answer questions and assist in the enrollment process. Information on health related topics, preparedness and safety literature, education on Red Cross programs, services and volunteer opportunities will be addressed. All information and services will be available in both English and Spanish.

Those in need of enrollment services must bring a valid I.D., Social Security card and proof of income.
