The 2017 class of Academy of the Canyons celebrated their graduation in the Honor Grove at College of the Canyons on Saturday.

Number of graduates: 106

Number of graduates with honors: 4.0+ = 58 students, 3.5-3.9 = 28 students

Notable: All students earned a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA. 3.0-3.4 = 20 students

Class speakers: Bren Lee and Imran Hyder

Names of valedictorian and/or salutatorian: Academy of the Canyons does not have a valedictorian or a salutatorian.

Notable: 68 of the 106 graduated at COC with Associate Degrees the day before they graduated from AOC.

Common college choices: UC: Los Angeles, Berkeley, Irvine, San Diego, College of the Canyons, CalState Northridge, CalPoly San Luis Obispo, Washington College
