NorthPark Community Church announces that national Billboard band CLOVERTON will be performing in Santa Clarita on November 11.

“Cloverton has just released their second full length album BLOOM. NorthPark is fortunate to be a stop on Cloverton’s West Coast tour,” states Stephen Petree, NorthPark’s Worship Leader. “We had Cloverton at NorthPark in 2015 and they put on a great and meaningful show, with hundreds in attendance. Cloverton was enthusiastically received.”

“NorthPark has a long time tradition of having a ‘Night of Thanks’ every November. The evening on November 11 will include time giving thanks, followed by Cloverton’s concert. We welcome the Santa Clarita community to join us for this family friendly event,” states Dr. Robert Cavin, Lead Teaching Pastor at NorthPark.

The concert will be held outside at NorthPark at 28310 Kelly Johnson Parkway, Valencia. Concert goers are urged to bring camping chairs or blankets and jackets. Food trucks will be available at 5 p.m., followed by the concert beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is FREE; an offering will be taken to support hurricane relief and missions.

Cloverton released their album BLOOM just last month. Led by lead singer, Lance Stafford, the album brings a collection of original songs with unique background instrumentals. Cloverton’s style has been compared to the bands Cold Play and Third Day. Produced by Joshua D. Niles, Nashville, TN, this is Cloverton’s second full length album, in addition to four well received EPs.

From their humble beginnings as a small church worship team, to the recent release of their highly anticipated second full length album, Cloverton continues to pave a new way for independent Christian music.

“None of us are into compromising or settling for the status quo. It’s a daily choice. To what or who am I surrendering today?” front man Lance Stafford says. “We are either moving toward or away from the person God has specifically created each of us to be. Our hope is that the music we create can accompany others as they walk out that journey.”
