The members of Delta Kappa Gamma, Eta Rho chapter, an international professional honor society for women educators, honored their Past Presidents at their annual dinner last week at Wolf Creek Brewery.

One attending member, Bobbie Blakely Stephens, was initiated in 1960. This chapter began 47 years ago.

At this meeting, two new members were initiated, Debbie Link and Nancy Bilek, both retired educators.

Delta Kappa Gamma’s mission is to promote professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.  They award scholarships annually to local educators for excellence in teaching.  They are the women educators who impact education worldwide.
