The “Tablescapes” were decorated by members of Newcomers and Friends at their November luncheon held at Le Chene French Cusine in Santa Clarita. Barri Boren and Jeannine Boren (a Founder of Newcomers and Friends in 1985) donned fairy wings complementing the table theme “Fairy Garden Wonderland”.
Newcomers and Friends is a social club open to all women in the Santa Clarita Valley who are new to the area or would like to meet new friends. With 201 members and in their 32nd year, they enjoy monthly luncheons, trips, and many activities including Book Clubs, Tea Ladies, Mahjongg, Bunco, Mexican Train Dominoes, Rummikub, Couples Gourmet, Bridge, and many more.
