A motorcyclist was hurt and taken to the hospital early Thursday morning following a collision with a motor vehicle.
The traffic collision happened shortly after 6:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Highway 14, just south of Via Princessa.
“This was a traffic collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle,” said Marvin Lim, spokesman for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The crash left the motorcyclist against the center divider, Lim said.
Paramedics got to the scene at 6:43 a.m. and an ambulance took the injured person to the hospital shortly after that.
