My daughter is a nurse at St. Joseph’s in Burbank and could not get to work on Friday (Oct. 12). Then she found out the sheriffs were offering to escort medical staff and first responders to the San Fernando Valley. They told them to go to Chili’s on The Old Road and present their I.D. and were making escorts every 30 minutes.
Also a big thank you to all our firefighters and first responders for their long hours and terrible conditions they have to work in.
We live in a great community!
