PHOTO: Two burglary suspects detained near Valencia Town Center

Two burglary suspects were pursued and detained near the Valencia Town Center on Monday after a report of a burglary call. Although officials from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station were unavailable to comment on Monday, the initial call indicated that one of the possible burglary suspects had been detained in front of Hook Burger on the 24000 block of Magic Mountain Parkway shortly before 6 p.m., while the second was taken into custody at the nearby Chick-fil-A parking lot.
