In case you haven’t noticed we have A LOT of specialized teams at SCV Sheriff’s, and they are working around the clock! On Thursday night, our CIT (Crime Impact Team) took to their bikes, patrolling the passes bike paths of Canyon Country.

CIT Team is an entirely separate team than our SAT Team (Specialized Assignment Team). The SAT Team conducted uniformed bike patrol last Friday night. Each team consists of a sergeant and deputies.

During the CIT Team’s bike patrol Thursday night, they made contact with an adult male in the 18300 block of Soledad Canyon Road. He was found to be in possession of narcotics. The 25-year-old was arrested, transported, and booked at SCV Sheriff’s Station.
