One hurt in Sierra Highway crash, taken to hospital

A person was hurt and taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon following a traffic collision on Sierra Highway near Linda Vista Street.

The crash happened shortly after 2:15 p.m.

Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department were dispatched to reports of persons possibly trapped at 2:18 p.m.

More than half a dozen emergency response units arrived at the scene.

“One person had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital,” a fire official from Fire Station Number 107 told The Signal.
