Los Angeles County Fire Department officials have found the stranded motorist after a golf cart flipped over near Weeping Willow Lane in Canyon Country.

“Nobody was injured, just stranded,” said Supervisor Imy McBride with the L.A. County Fire Department.

Los Angeles County Fire Department Air Operations Copter 19 searched for the motorist for two hours before locating him.

“They picked him up and dropped him off at a helispot, which is just a safe place for them to land,” said Supervisor Michael Pittman with the L.A. County Fire Department.

The flipped golf cart was reported to be leaking fuel, McBride said. Further information about the golf cart was not immediately available.
