In a recent Los Angeles newspaper endorsement it was noted that her background, which includes serving as a policy analyst for the U.S. Department of Education, as a longtime member of the Newhall School District board, and her current position on the state Assembly, makes her uniquely qualified to serve as our congressional representative.
Her long residency has allowed her to become familiar with the many and varied aspects of our community and gives her a special insight into potential problems and their solutions; this familiarity takes a very long time to develop, and she understand our issues very well.
