Since Assemblywoman Pilar Schiavo is so passionate about medical care (column, Jan. 9) for her constituents, in her next column I would hope that she will tell us how her party’s adding 700,000 illegal aliens to California’s Medi-Cal rolls is going to help lower costs and improve our access to medical care.
