With national signing day falling on Wednesday, the earliest day high school seniors can sign their national letter of intent, Hart High School celebrated seven seniors for their commitments to their respective colleges or universities.
One of the signees who were celebrated was quarterback Jacob Paisano, who’s set to sign with the University of Northern Colorado after a remarkable 2025 campaign.
“Committing to Northern Colorado means a ton to me,” Paisano said in a phone interview with The Signal. “I’m grateful for my coaches, my teammates, and family at Hart who’ve supported me throughout this journey.”

Paisano led the Hawks to the team’s first playoff win since 2019 in November and finished the season throwing for 2,238 yards, 26 touchdowns, and first-team all-Foothill League honors.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to continue developing at the next level,” he added. “I’m looking forward to representing my school as I take this next step.”

• Ellie White, flag/soccer, Marymount University.
