Home Instead organizes secret Santa for seniors

Home Instead is running its “Be a Santa to a Senior” program for the 15th year. Partnering with businesses in Santa Clarita and Antelope Valley, Home Instead has set up trees filled with with paper ornaments with the names of seniors and items that they need or would like to receive for Christmas.

In a celebration of the Epiphany, or Three Kings Day, the Italian Catholic Club of Santa Clarita Valley and members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Newhall signaled the traditional end of the 12 days of Christmas with a goodbye to the holiday season with their fifth La Befana on Sunday.
