Officials with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) are investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian and a big rig on the I-210 westbound just west of Roxford Street.
An individual was reportedly trying to run across lanes of the freeway before they were struck by the semi at 12:07 p.m., according to CHP Officer Eric Priessman.
Priessman said officials are still investigating the incident.
As of 1:45 p.m., traffic was slowed from Hubbard Street on the 210 westbound.
