Shannon May Rooney of Valencia, received a degree in Education, Children with Special Needs at the Northern Arizona University commencement ceremony held on May 13, 2017.
Not only did Rooney maintain Dean’s List status all four years, but she also earned teaching credentials from both Arizona and California.
Rooney is a 2013 Valencia High School graduate.
