As a new school year begins at COC I am hopeful that Chancellor Dianne Van Hook and her staff and students will be better neighbors.
I am hopeful that student parking in the Valencia Summit will be more respectful of our quality of life.
For too many years we residents have witnessed COC students littering our streets, urinating in the bushes and playing loud music in their cars.
I am respectfully asking Chancellor Van Hook to not only make her students aware of my concerns but to provide litter removal if the problems continue.
