At least one person was injured and transported to a local hospital after being involved in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 14, where one vehicle was reported to have rolled over.
One of the vehicles involved was a pickup truck that hit the center divider, flipped over and caught on fire, according to officials with the Regional Traffic Management Center. A SigAlert was issued as a result of the collision.
The call went out to officials at 12:55 p.m. on Saturday reporting a vehicle had rolled over on the Northbound Highway 14 near Agua Dulce Canyon Road.
“We got on scene and (there was) a vehicle roll over, well involved, person possibly injured,” said Supervisor Cheryl Sims with L.A. County Fire.
Fire officials discovered a two-vehicle collision where one vehicle was engulfed in flames. The fire was put out at 1:10 p.m. and did not spread to the surrounding brush.
The injured individual was transported by ground to a local hospital.
