Naomi was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel and left it 40 years ago, but her love for the city has never diminished. Her home town’s majestic beauty is the source of her inspiration. She pours her yearnings for her beloved city through her paintings, mosaics and books of poetry. She shares, “I may have left the city of Jerusalem, but it has never left me.” Through the use of vivid, brilliant colors, she expresses her love for the ancient city of Jerusalem and its eternal beauty.

Jerusalem means “The City of Peace”. It is in the hearts and souls of people from all around the world. There is no other city in the world quite like it. It is built on mountains with glorious towers, arches and domes and it is surrounded by ancient walls. The artist uses the captivating beauty of the city to share her joy, wonder and hopes for peace.
