Santa Clarita Sunrise Rotary is reaching out to assist Kenya and needs your help. Partnering with Rotary Clubs all over Los Angeles, they are collecting mobility devices for the handicapped to be sent to those in need in Kenya.
Spearheaded by artist Peter Lattey of the Los Angeles club, they are collecting crutches, wheel chairs, walkers, boots, canes, etc. Once a container has been filled Rotary will ship to a Rotary Club in Kenya that will assume responsibility for distributing to those in need.
People in Santa Clarita wishing to donate may do so by calling Molly Hodson at 661-259-2547 and they will be picked up.
