An L.A. County Fire Department helicopter was called to Pyramid Lake after a child nearly drowned Sunday.
Fire Department personnel responded to reports of a medical emergency around 1:15 p.m.on the 3500 block of Vista Del Lago, according to supervisor Cheryl Sims.
The patient, described as a 7-year-old, was reportedly out of the water in an unknown condition.
