A person was transported after a two-vehicle traffic collision left a vehicle turned on its side on Avenida Rancho Tesoro and west Copper Hill Drive on Monday afternoon, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Firefighters were dispatched to the initial call of a traffic collision at 2:11 p.m., arriving on the scene just three minutes later, according to Kaitlyn Aldana with the Fire Department.
Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies were dispatched at 2:08 p.m. and arrived on the scene within a few minutes, according to Sgt. Josh Nemeth with the station.
There is an ongoing investigation about the traffic collision and the injuries, Nemeth said.
The person was transported at 2:31 p.m., Aldana said.
There is no additional information at the time of this publication, Nemeth said.
