California Highway Patrol officers were called to the scene of a crash between a BMW and a big rig in the early hours of Saturday morning on State Route 14 in the Newhall Pass.
The incident, reported at 12:45 a.m. involved a BMW that sustained heavy front-end damage in a collision with a big rig on the northbound SR-14 at Sierra Highway. The incident temporarily blocked the slow lane and the truck route.
No injuries were reported. The BMW was towed and a heavy-duty tow truck was summoned to tow the tractor and trailer that were carrying &-Up
10-18-25 12:45 A.M. CHP responded to a traffic collision involving a BMW with heavy front end damage and a big rig northbound 14 freeway at Sierra Highway blocking the slow lane on the truck route.
No injuries were reported. The BMW was towed away while CHP waited for a heavy-duty tow truck to haul away the tractor and trailer carrying 7-Up products weighing 46,000 pounds.
