A child was transported by helicopter after a medical emergency on Kelly Johnson Parkway and the Rye Canyon Loop on Tuesday afternoon, according to observations from the scene.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel were dispatched to the call at 12:29 p.m. and were on the scene at 12:33 p.m., according to Saadullah Sheikh with the Fire Department.
The child was transported by Copter 22 at West Creek Park, according to observations on the scene.
The transport was completed at 1:18 p.m., according to Sheikh.
There is no additional information at the time of this publication, Sheikh said.
