The Missing Persons Unit of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a woman because her family is worried about her. 

“Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk missing person Lissette Lopez,” according to the alert published Monday by the LASD. “She is a 34-year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on Jan. 31, 2026, at 5:12 a.m., on the 24300 block of Lyons Avenue in the city of Newhall.” 

Lopez is described as: 5 feet, 4 inches tall; 180 pounds; with black hair possibly in a bun and brown eyes. 

“She was last seen wearing a light blue sweatshirt and black pants,” according to the LASD notice. Her family is concerned for her safety and well-being due to a medical condition, according to the Nixle.  

Anyone with information about this incident can contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500.
