Reports: Bicyclist seriously injured

A bicyclist was reportedly injured at Haskell Canyon Bike Park in Saugus on Saturday morning, according to a crime reporting app.  

Officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station could not be reached Saturday afternoon to confirm details of the incident.  

According to the Citizen app, a bicyclist suffered an injury after landing neck-first at around 11:15 Saturday morning on the 21450 block of Copper Hill Drive. The Pulsepoint App, a 911mobile application, indicated first responders were dispatched to Copper Hill Drive for a medical emergency call. Additional details were not available.  

The incident was first reported at 11:19 a.m. and was closed after over an hour of first responders being on the scene.  

As of the publication of this story, it is unknown if anyone was transported from the scene.
