At least one person was airlifted to a nearby hospital following a crash in which a vehicle went over an embankment and took down a pole near Agua Dulce Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, the crash was reported at 4:16 p.m. and it stated that a vehicle went over the side and hit a pole for unknown reasons.
Two patients were treated at the scene and one of them was airlifted via helicopter to the hospital with moderate injuries, according to Pauline McGee with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. She added that the car went down a 50-foot embankment
A helicopter was en route to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, according to first responder radio dispatch traffic. Another location for the crash was reported at Soledad Canyon Road and Capra Road.
The CHP could not immediately be reached for additional information or confirmation of the details.
