First responders administered first aid to a person who was experiencing cardiac arrest on the 19000 block of Golden Valley Road near Trader Joe’s in Canyon Country on Sunday afternoon, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The call went out at 4:13 p.m., with firefighters are arriving on the scene shortly thereafter, according to Jonathan Torres, spokesman for the Fire Department.
Paramedics were also requested to go to the scene, Torres added.
He said he could not confirm the gender or age of the patient due to health privacy laws.
