TIPS : Managing Conflict
It’s a stressful world we live in. We face conflicts on a daily basis, It could be an argument with a friend or we could be feeling aggravated because another driver cut in front of us.

We can’t always avoid conflict but we can learn to manage it without violence.

Talk about the issues without insulting or blaming the other person.
Together, discuss various ways of meeting needs or solving the problem. Be flexible and open-minded. Decide who will be responsible for a specific action after reaching agreement on a plan.

Stay safe, until next time.

Thank you,
Deputy Brian Heischuber, Valencia (Zone 5) Leader
