I just got around to reading John Boston’s two-part series on World War II in the Santa Clarita Valley. Remarkable journalism. Astounding stories and people of such great character and sacrifice like Fred Trueblood and Mrs. Margaret Fose.
I knew nothing of this history but will never forget it now.
