A two-vehicle crash on the northbound Highway 14 on Thursday temporarily shut down the off-ramp portion of the freeway at Newhall Avenue. Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel reported issues with a leaking 5-gallon propane tank but no injuries or additional incidents were reported as a result of the crash, according to Fire Department spokeswoman Leslie Lua. 021821 Dan Watson/The Signal
