Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies located and arrested five people in connection with a theft incident at an ULTA Beauty store in Palmdale.
Deputy Natalie Arriaga, SCV Sheriff’s Station spokeswoman, said units from the SCV station were notified, and were able to locate the vehicle Thursday, while the suspects were traveling southbound on Highway 14.
