A man attempted to kill himself on the 26400 block of Bouquet Canyon Road and Newhall Ranch Road in Saugus on Wednesday morning, according to officials with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
The man was in front of the Starbucks when he made the attempt at 8:10 a.m., according to Deputy Nicolas Marinelli with the station.
He was transported to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital for a 72-hour hold, Marinelli said.
There is no additional information at the time of this publication, according to Marinelli.
