Intracorp Homes has announced the grand opening of Pelona Hills at Sand Canyon, a new community of 119 single-family detached hilltop homes.
The Pelona Hills at Sand Canyon Grand Opening event is scheduled to be held on March 28 at the project’s model homes complex, 16255 Rochester Court in Santa Clarita. The development’s three furnished model homes are to be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and homes will be available to prospective buyers for an anticipated summer move-in date.
The grand opening event will feature complimentary desserts, coffee and espresso, as well as discount offers from neighborhood businesses.
Situated on the east side of the Santa Clarita Valley, Pelona Hills at Sand Canyon is flanked by the Sierra Pelona Mountains. The contemporary California Ranch floorplans will range from approximately 1,830 to 2,181 square feet and include up to four bedrooms and 2.5 baths with two-car side-by side garages.
