The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce has officially launched WorkWell: The Business & Wellness Summit, a new, high-impact experience redefining how businesses approach performance, culture and workplace success, according to a news release from the chamber. The inaugural summit is scheduled 8-10 a.m. May 14.

WorkWell is intentionally designed for professionals across all levels of the workplace, reinforcing that success is driven not only by leadership, but by the collective health, focus, and performance of every individual within an organization, the release said.

“WorkWell represents the type of forward-thinking programming our business community needs,” Di Thompson, 2026 chair of the SCV Chamber board, said in the release. “It brings together leaders and professionals to focus on what truly drives success — people. By investing in workplace wellbeing and performance, organizations are strengthening not only their teams, but their long-term growth and impact.”

This summit brings together business leaders, professionals and decision-makers for a high-impact keynote and leadership panel designed to provide actionable insights that can be implemented immediately, the release said.

“The strength of every workplace depends on the health, focus and wellbeing of its people,” Ivan Volschenk, president/CEO of the SCV chamber, said in the release. “WorkWell is about turning that understanding into action. This is not a passive conversation. It is a strategic experience designed to give businesses a competitive advantage through their people.”

Registration ($35 chamber members, $50 non-members) is now open at www.scvchamber.com under the Events tab. Early registration is encouraged.
