My name is Liam Hope and I live in Valencia. I go to West Ranch High School and I wanted to address the new traffic patterns that have been put into place recently.

I believe the new traffic patterns will greatly increase the flow of traffic at the end of Valencia Boulevard by West Ranch High School and Rancho Pico Junior High School. The new U-turn, which previously was illegal, will allow more cars to go through and keep many cars out of the dead-end area.

Additionally, the new enforcement of the “no stopping” areas will keep cars moving and will allow for the traffic to flow much more efficiently. This increased traffic flow will allow parents and students to get out of the West Ranch parking lot and back home a lot quicker at the end school.
