Not since the days of Jim Crow segregation has there been a movement less open, fair and accepting than “diversity, equity and inclusion.” And both were brought to the U.S. by the same political party. Division and preference have brought them consistent political benefits — while destroying the merit-based blessings of the American melting pot.
