The election was held and we have a president-elect. I was happy and relieved with the result because I agree with his policies. I know there are going to be people who say they can’t stand him and will be very unhappy with his win.
I don’t think anyone has ever said to me that they disagree with having a secure border, decent gas prices, reasonable grocery prices, safe places to live, and so on.
But they can’t get past President Donald Trump’s personality and some have told me they hate him.
My 92-year-old mother’s opinion is, “He’s a New Yorker. He’s a builder and developer in New York City. You have to be brash and tough or you wouldn’t get anything done.”
I have to say I think she’s still got it!
