Sheriff’s deputies were called in response to an altercation between a woman believed to be in her 50s and an employee of a preschool on the 24000 block of Anza Drive on Wednesday morning, according to officials with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel and deputies responded to the call of the disturbance at the Montessori of Valencia Preschool. The employee called the Fire Department because they believed that the woman was having a seizure during the altercation, according to Deputy Nicolas Marinelli with the station.
Deputies were dispatched at 10:34 a.m. and arrived 10 minutes later, Marinelli said.
Marinelli added that the woman was reportedly “suspended” from the location, but was unsure of what that meant.
Firefighters were dispatched for an emergency medical service call at 10:35 a.m. and arrived at 10:46 a.m., according to Kaitlyn Aldana with the Fire Department.
There were no transports reported, Aldana said.
A representative from the preschool was not immediately available for comment.
There is no additional information at the time of this publication, Marinelli said.
