Valencia Town Center collected 125 new and gently used coats during its participation in the nationwide One Warm Coat “Share the Warmth” drive, the mall announced in a news release.
One Warm Coat is a national nonprofit dedicated to providing free coats to people in need. During the 2024-25 coat drive season, the organization helped distribute nearly 500,000 coats nationwide while keeping more than 1 million pounds of textiles out of landfills, the release said.
The seasonal drive, held Oct. 13 through Dec. 31, invited guests to donate coats and jackets for individuals and families in need, with all local donations benefiting Bridge to Home, a Santa Clarita-based nonprofit that provides shelter and supportive services to homeless individuals and families.
