Dunsworth named to dean’s list at Hofstra University
Kylie Dunsworth, of Santa Clarita, excelled during the fall 2025 semester at Hofstra, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the dean’s list. Dunsworth’s major is psychology.

Sears named to dean’s list at Lora College
Skyler M. Sears, of Santa Clarita, was recognized for academic achievement during the recent semester by Loras College Provost Sarah Nytroe.
To be eligible, a student must earn a minimum grade-point average of 3.50 for the term and be a full-time student taking at least 12 graded credits (pass/fail courses are excluded). The dean’s list is compiled at the completion of each semester.
Loras College is located in Dubuque, Iowa.
3 local students named to Lincoln University of Missouri dean’s list
Lincoln University of Missouri announced the fall 2025 dean’s list honorees, including three local students: Nia Edwards and Nyla Edwards, of Canyon Country; and, Courtney-Nicole Cooper, of Valencia.
The dean’s list comprises full-time undergraduate students earning a minimum term GPA of 3.00, excluding grades in courses that do not carry credit toward graduation.
Lincoln University, in Jefferson City, Missouri, is a historically Black, 1890 land-grant public university. It was founded in 1866 by the men of the 62nd and 65th United States Colored Infantries and their white officers for the benefit of freed African Americans.
Seidel named to Bucknell University dean’s list
Bucknell University has released the dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2025-26 academic year, including William Seidel, of Valencia, a finance major in the class of 2027.
A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean’s list recognition.
Bucknell University is located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
