The Santa Clarita Artists Association Gallery is presenting “Go Figure,” an art exhibit that invites the community to explore the beauty, complexity and expression of the human form, the SCAA announced in a news release.
This exhibition showcases artists working across a variety of styles and mediums, all centered around figurative art.
The exhibit is on display from Friday through May 31. An opening reception is scheduled 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, offering guests an immersive evening of art, music and live creative expression, the release said.
Musician Isabella Bazler will provide a musical backdrop, and attendees will enjoy live art creation in pastel by Mardilan Georgio and pastel pencils with watercolor by Meressa Naftulin, the release said.
This exhibit is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served during the reception.
The SCAA Gallery is located at 22508 6th St., Old Town Newhall. Show hours are 5-8 p.m. Fridays, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
