Local multimedia artist Naomi Young will unveil her newest solo exhibition, “Towers & Flowers,” with a special one-night-only art reception on Sunday, May 17, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Valencia Town Center.
This exhibit features more than 55 original works spanning a wide range of mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, mosaic and embroidered textile art, according to a news release. The collection explores recurring themes of domes, towers, doors, and flowers, blending architectural elements with organic beauty to create a visually rich and immersive experience, the release said.
“Inspired by her roots in Jerusalem, Naomi Young’s work reflects a deep connection to culture, memory and storytelling,” the release said. “Through bold textures and vibrant color palettes, ‘Towers & Flowers’ invites viewers to explore both structure and emotion in a unique artistic journey.”
The reception is planned to feature live music, wine, light refreshments and appearances by local city officials. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist and experience her work in person.
The gallery is located at Valencia Town Center, 24201 Valencia Blvd., Valencia, on the outdoor patios near the pond (Suite 3324).
