First responders were dispatched to the 21900 block of Centurion Way after a Saugus High School student experienced a health-related emergency on Monday morning, according to officials with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
Deputies were dispatched at 10:13 a.m. for the EMS call, according to Sgt. Nelson Rios with the station.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel were dispatched at 10:32 a.m. and were on the scene within minutes, according to Saadullah Sheikh, spokesman for the Fire Department. They had no transports reported.
However, Debbie Dunn, director of communication and community engagement for the William S. Hart Union High School District, said the girl was transported.
Dunn said the parents were contacted and accompanied the student when she was transported.
