Having the current Santa Clarita City Council select a replacement for former City Councilman Dante Acosta doesn’t make sense in a democracy.
TimBen Boydston is the choice of the voting public in our community, and the council’s years of their junior-high-school vendetta against Mr. Boydston for having the nerve to have a different opinion from them is evident to everyone.
By the way, diversity has never been a requirement or an issue in the many years that we have been a city. What a farce.
