It is apparent that the number of local shootings is increasing lately.
When I read about these incidents, I am left to wonder one thing: Do any of these perpetrators legally own their guns?
Are they registered gun owners? Or perhaps they obtained the weapons through illegal means?
Gun control is a hot topic currently. It would be nice to know.
