“Is there a Doctor in the house?” With a resounding “YES”, Newcomers and Friends welcomed Santa Clarita Doctor Sy Hasan MD, Endocrinologist, specializing in adult and juvenile diabetes as guest speaker at their September luncheon meeting. He was so informative and so interested in a dialogue with questions from members.
Newcomers and Friends is a social club open to all women in the Santa Clarita Valley who are new to the valley or would like to meet new friends. With 198 members and in their 32nd year, they enjoy monthly luncheons, trips, and many activities including Book Clubs, Tea Ladies, Mahjongg, Bunco, Mexican Train Dominoes, Rummikub, Couples Gourmet, Bridge, and more.
