News release
The Knights of Columbus Council 6016, in partnership this year with the West Ranch High School Parent Advisory Council, has launched its annual Christmas fundraiser, the 2025 Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale.
The effort will provide clothing, food and other essentials to local organizations serving families and individuals in need, according to a news release from the Knights of Columbus.
Brian Paik, treasurer of the council, said the collaboration with West Ranch High School expands both the reach and the involvement of the fundraiser.
“A large portion of your purchase goes back into our community. We’ve been doing this for years and it’s one of the few remaining Christmas traditions that is truly personal,” Paik said in the release. “Whether it keeps a child warm, helps a young adult get on their feet, or provides our farmworkers with basic essentials, that’s impact. With the combined effort of the Knights of Columbus and the West Ranch High School Parent Advisory Council, we can do even more for those who need it most.”
The drive will include sales of fresh Christmas trees and wreaths. Proceeds in the past have been directed toward various local charities. Proceeds this year will benefit the Child & Family Center, Finally Family Homes, the Santa Clarita Valley Pregnancy Center, Coats for Kids, West Ranch High School initiatives, and the Campesinos program, which distributes clothing and food to local farmworker families, the release said.
Community members may place orders through the fundraiser’s webstore at fundraiser4us.com/shop/KOCC-6016 until Nov. 17 at 7:59 p.m. Pickup for tree and wreath orders is scheduled for Dec. 6.
