Valencia Town Center is inviting families to welcome Old St. Nick to its Santa’s Arrival Celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
The event will be held in Santa’s holiday home in front of the 30-foot-tall Christmas tree on the lower level of the mall. Buddy the Elf will make an appearance alongside other beloved winter characters as part of a photo booth experience for guests, according to a news release from the mall.
The event will also feature a activities for kids, including a photo frame craft, face painting, balloon twisting, a coloring station, a hot chocolate station, winter cupcakes and a free Santa hat for attendees while supplies last.
There will be a letter writing event in which children can write and send their own letters directly to the North Pole, and a few surprise winners will receive one of their wish list items from Santa after the event.

Throughout the season, the mall also invites guests to donate new or gently worn coats to benefit local families in need as part of the center’s One Warm Coat initiative. Donations can be made in the donation bins throughout the center now through Dec. 31.
